Practice
Justin H. Wilkes is engaged in the practice of law with emphasis on providing legal
advice and assistance to corporations and public agencies on various federal laws,
including the Freedom of Information Act, FACA, lobbying disclosures, ethics, and
federal contract disputes. Currently, Mr. Wilkes represents the United States
Commodities Futures Trading Commission.

Prior Relevant Experience
Mr. Wilkes previously worked at the Office of the Clerk, United States House of
Representatives, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of General Counsel,
and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
